Refund Policy

We value your trust and money. Our transparent refund policy ensures that you are protected if things don't go as planned.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, if things go wrong, this policy outlines your rights to a refund.

1. General Principle

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by our Quality Assurance (QA) team. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly within 7 business days.

2. Eligibility for 100% Refund

You are entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:

No Expert Found

If we cannot find a suitable writer for your assignment after you have paid, we will refund the entire amount immediately.

Double Payment

If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical glitch, the extra payment will be refunded immediately.

Severe Late Delivery

If we miss the deadline and the assignment is no longer useful to you (you must not use the paper), a full refund applies.

Plagiarism > 30%

If the delivered work contains substantial plagiarism (verified by Turnitin) that was not quoted/cited properly.

3. Eligibility for Partial Refund

Partial refunds (typically 10% - 50%) are issued in situations where the service was provided but did not fully meet expectations:

Scenario Typical Refund Condition
Late Delivery 10% - 20% If you still use the assignment despite the delay.
Instructions Missed 20% - 50% If major requirements were ignored and not fixed during revision.
Quality Dispute 10% - 40% If the quality is lower than standard but the paper is still usable.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel the order after the writer has already started working on it (partial credit may be offered).
  • Delayed Instructions: If the deadline was missed because you provided necessary files/clarifications late.
  • Editing Orders: For "Editing/Proofreading" orders, refunds are not applicable on content quality, as we are only polishing your original draft.
  • Immediate Deadline (< 24 Hours): Orders with very short deadlines are non-refundable unless not delivered at all.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time, but refund amounts vary based on the stage of work:

  • Cancellation within 1 hour: 100% Refund.
  • Cancellation after writer is assigned (but work < 50% done): 70% Refund.
  • Cancellation after work is > 50% done: 50% Refund (to compensate the writer).
  • Cancellation after completion: No Refund.

6. Failed Grade Policy

We take pride in our quality. In the rare event that you receive a Fail Grade on an assignment we wrote:

We offer a 50% - 100% Refund (Wallet Credit or Bank Transfer) subject to:

  • You must provide a genuine Grade Sheet / Feedback Report from the university showing the fail grade.
  • The failure must be directly attributed to the quality of our work (not due to your own additions or late submission).
  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the solution.

7. Refund Processing Procedure

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email our support team at support@myassignmentwritinghelp.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Order ID]".
  2. Include detailed reasons and supporting evidence (Turnitin report, grade sheet, screenshots).
  3. Our QA team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

8. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Strict action will be taken against clients who file a chargeback with their bank/PayPal without contacting us first. This is considered fraud. We reserve the right to report such cases to academic databases and relevant authorities, which may affect your academic standing. Please contact us to resolve disputes amicably.
